1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Library7x, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the library you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account and staff accounts.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Library7x is offered on monthly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Seat-booking revenue collected from your members belongs to your library.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach tenant isolation, circumvent digital-book protections, or upload content you do not have the rights to distribute.

5. Digital books & royalties

Books you list must be lawfully licensed. Revenue from book rentals is split between the author, your library, and the platform according to the configured royalty terms.

6. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
