1. Who we are

Library7x is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps libraries and reading rooms in India manage seat bookings, check-ins, digital books, and payments. This policy explains how we handle personal data across our website and the platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect account details (name, email, phone), library and membership information you enter, booking and check-in activity, and payment metadata processed through our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

We use your data to operate the platform — creating bookings, verifying check-ins, streaming licensed books, processing payments, sending transactional notifications, and providing analytics to library owners about their own tenant.

4. Data isolation

Each library's data is stored in an isolated database schema. One library can never access another library's data. Access within a library is further limited by role-based permissions.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to reconcile a transaction, such as a payment reference and status.

6. Data retention & your rights

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required to meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
